Explanation standard StepVars available in StepMail

Starting in StepMail version 4, the following standard StepVars are available when sending emails.

Prior to version 4, these were only available when using the mode 'with Skeleton' and only when a valid StepMail DLL was choosen.

{Recipient}: translated into the current email address of the recipient
{RecipientCoded}: anti-spam version of the previous StepVar. It is translated into the current email address of the recipient, with all dots translated into '_dot_' and the '@'-character translated into '_at_

In addition, the following date related StepVars are available, translating into the current date of the date of tomorrow, formatted in dd-mm-yyyy or mm-dd-yyyy format depending on the current Windows settings (variable without a specific suffix) or formatted as dd-mm-yyyy when the Euro suffix is used, or mm-dd-yyyy when the US suffix is used.
